With channel steel spanning its entire width, this flexible conveyor has extremely strong construction. It comes with 1¼-inch aluminum alloy side plates, which have a ribbed construction that boosts their durability. Another important feature is casters with brakes, which adds versatility and mobility. Users can easily move or extend this conveyor to accommodate unique needs.

Among the extra options are leg connect brackets that can lock two or more units together, which allows the user to extend the conveyor’s length even further, and the FX 200 can easily fold down when not being used, in order to save floor space. Hytrol offers this flexible conveyor in widths of 18 or 24 inches and lengths of 12 or 24 feet. Each has a maximum capacity of 200 pounds per linear foot, plus wheels that are 1.9 inches in diameter, with a ¼-inch bore. Alternative widths and lengths are available for specific needs.
