DMR disc-style flange protectors are designed to cover the complete face of a flange, and they are made of corrugated plastic, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), MDF, or plywood. Daemar carries an inventory that is compatible with most standard flange designs, and the company can fabricate customized sizes to work with unique specifications – for example, units can be cut to any size in any class series from 150# to 20,000#, with sizes that run from ½ an inch to 42 inches. Customers can choose from among these four standard series of Daemar flange protectors:

• FCM series – with MDF cut to the outer diameter (OD) of the flange.
• FCP series – corrugated plastic cut to the OD of the flange.
• FCB series – HDPE plastic cut to the OD of the flange.
• FCW series – plywood cut to the OD of the flange.

Each of these designs also includes four bolt holes.
