Flat, double-dip, and round vinyl grips are available from MOCAP

MOCAP makes four categories of vinyl grips.

Another popular product line in this unparalleled lineup is a family of protective vinyl grips. The MOCAP team makes four types of these units: double-dip, flat, finger-nub, and round vinyl grips.

To suit a broad range of applications, these grips are available in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colours.

Smooth, glossy, or textured vinyl

To produce flexible PVC grips, MOCAP employs a vinyl dip moulding process while encouraging the client to specify the desired length, wall thickness, colour, surface texture, and material hardness, all without any extra tooling charges.

Among the material options available for these grips are standard smooth and glossy vinyl or textured vinyl. These materials are flexible yet durable, and they can stretch easily onto slightly larger dimensions for tight fits with no splitting, tearing, or shredding. They are tough, weatherproof, and aesthetically appealing too, and company names, logos, and more can easily be imprinted on them.

Used on a wide range of hand tools and instruments, the DDG series of double-dip vinyl grips provides optimal comfort and durability. Features include dual walls for added protection and, upon request, unique colour/material combinations. Round vinyl grips come in a traditional round straight-wall style with black as the standard colour, with other colours also available. These round vinyl grips have inner diameters that go from 4.7 to 117.5 millimetres (mm), minimum inside lengths from 39.7 to 395.3 mm, maximum inside lengths from 44.5 to 571.5 mm, and wall thicknesses from 1.4 to 1.7 mm.

MOCAP flat vinyl plastic grips are durable and provide secure fits. They are often used as inexpensive covers for protecting products during assembly and shipping, or as single-use masking items for painting or coating applications. Lengths can go from 1½ to eight inches. Black finger-nub grips are built in an ergonomic way for secure, comfortable holds on items with handles or levels, and they easily fit diameters ranging from 5/8 of an inch to one inch.
