Fastener industry’s biggest tabletop show features Ken Forging hardware products

Ken Forging recently exhibited its products at the 37th Annual MWFA Fastener Show, near Chicago.

Ken Forging continues to showcase our superior industrial forged hardware at some of North America’s biggest fastener trade shows. Earlier this month, we brought our products to Elk Grove, IL (just outside of Chicago) to exhibit at the 37th Annual MWFA Fastener Show, featuring the industry’s largest tabletop show.

More than 70 exhibitors gathered at the Belvedere Banquet and Event Center on June 4 – including us, at Booth 159. The show was sponsored by the Mid-West Fastener Association.

Business, educational, and networking opportunities

The MWFA tabletop show, which alternates every other year with the Association’s main, multi-day trade show, is a premier event for business, educational, and networking opportunities among fastener producers and stakeholders. It is also a major opportunity for people in the industry to source new products and vendors. Ken Forging’s line of first-rate industrial drop forged hardware has made us the perfect fit for the MWFA’s events.

Aside from the exhibition, the MWFA show this year also included a panel discussion about current changes and issues in the industry. Panellists from diversified sections of the industry discussed conditions currently affecting the fastener world, like inflation and changing tariffs. The tabletop show was followed by the Fastener Bash in the evening, when we were able to spend time with other industry representatives in a more relaxing atmosphere. The following day brought the MWFA’s 66th Annual Golf Outing at Eaglewood Resort, less than three miles from the Belvedere Center.

Among the superior industrial forged hardware that we showcased at the tabletop show were eyebolts, eye nuts, nut eyebolts, safety swivel hoist rings, pad eyes, rod ends, and turnbuckles in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Attendees from across the United States and Canada visited our booth and saw what we had to offer to the industry.

Our next major trade show is the Industrial Fastener Expo, held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, from October 31 to November 1. Look for Ken Forging at this and other fastener shows to come.
