Henkel has redefined structural bonding with its Loctite Hybrid 4090 — the most versatile bonder on the market. • It’s versatile: Some adhesives only work on specific materials. • It bonds quickly: If a bond takes too long to cure, it can slow down production. However, HY 4090 can actually accelerate the production process. It can fixture in four to six minutes, even at low temperatures. In addition, it works faster than many high-performance epoxies or acrylics, reaching 50 per cent of its handling strength in one hour.
• It’s strong and durable: HY 4090 has high strength and can hold up under conditions where other adhesives fail. It offers high moisture resistance, UV resistance, vibration, shock loads and impact resistance, as well as resistance to temperatures up to 150 degrees C.

An added bonus: HY 4090 is non-flammable, has a lower-strength odour than many other adhesives have, doesn’t include any isocyanates, and requires minimal health and safety labeling.
