Exel North America has unveiled the newly redesigned Kremlin Rexson EOS 10-C18 Airmix Finishing System.

Kremlin Rexson invented the popular Airmix technology in 1975, and this newest version builds on the technology’s reliability and the company’s expertise, providing customers with the most advanced version yet.

Based on the same technology of the successful 10-14 system and the Kremlin Rexson EOS system, the new 10-C18 delivers efficiency, optimization and simplicity through advancements in design, operation and easy maintenance procedures.

The features and benefits of the new system include:

  • Simple design: The Kremlin Rexson 10-C18 features a compact design, simple construction and reliability. Because it is built with minimal parts, it promises low cost of ownership.
  • Efficient: It is designed for quick colour changes and reduced material waste. When used with the company’s Xcite Airmix spray gun, the 10-C18 provides customers with an 86 per cent transfer efficiency, resulting in a superior quality finish.
  • Flexible: The system is available in wall or cart mount configurations. A large selection of accessories is available to meet all customer needs. It can also work with a variety of materials, including one- or two-component solvents, water-based materials, high solids, varnishes, lacquers, polyurethanes, stains, solvent or water-based adhesives.
  • Control: The system provides ultimate pump control, offering slow movement during pump priming at very low air pressure (8.7 psi, 0.6 bar). It also provides constant, pulse-free delivery for superior finish.

Other features include a quiet differential air motor, closed stainless steel construction, large foot valve, compatibility with water-based products, and easy coupling and flushing.

Ideal for furniture, kitchen and bathroom, machine tools and rolling equipment applications, the company’s new finishing system is designed for customers in small to medium workshops spraying less than 13 gallons or 50 liters per day.
