Excess Space Solutions (ESS) specializes in creating valuable, usable space within its customers’ existing environments. CAD design: All ESS projects are designed using the latest AutoCAD drafting system. Customers review the drawings prior to manufacturing, making any possible changes and modifications before giving final approval.

Engineering: ESS products are fully engineered to meet or exceed current building codes. When required, stamped drawings by an accredited professional engineer will be provided.

Site planning: ESS will visit customer sites to provide expertise on size, location, mechanical and electrical requirements. 

Sales and consulting: ESS consultants provide knowledgeable suggestions and solutions for all customer applications, and work with customers to come up with a solution they are 100 per cent happy with. 

Logistics: Many ESS products are oversized loads, and require permits and escorts for delivery, as well as placement with crane or forklift upon arrival. ESS offers full logistical services for its products.

Installations: ESS offers installation packages using its factory-trained installers. However, if the customer prefers to use its own installation team, ESS can provide the installation manual, necessary drawings and even supervisory personnel.

Electrical: ESS electricians offer comprehensive electrical service for the installation of in-plant offices, including main hookup to the facility’s power supply. 

Mechanical plumbing: ESS supplies total mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression service as needed.
