EXAIR’s new swivel fitting increases the precision of its award-winning nozzles

EXAIR regularly introduces new products to the market with the aim of making tasks easier and more efficient for its customers. But the company has recently introduced another innovation aimed at further increasing these efficiencies — its new Model 9204 1 NPT Swivel Fitting.

Maximizes effectiveness

EXAIR’s new swivel fitting makes it easy to precisely adjust the position of the company’s Super Air Nozzles. The 303 stainless steel swivel can be pointed exactly where it needs to be pointed, with a 50-degree total angle of adjustment. This provides the movement necessary to maximize the effectiveness of the nozzles. In addition, swivels can help make nozzles more effective when replacing existing wasteful nozzles or open tubes. They are ideal for blowoff, cooling and drying applications.

A versatile solution

The 1 MNPT x 1 FNPT swivel will work with any 1 NPT nozzle or fitting, regardless of whether they have a male or female thread. EXAIR swivels are available for all of the company’s nozzles. When paired with its Super Air Nozzle, the swivel delivers a precise, highly focused and forceful blowoff for applications in tight spaces or those requiring precise positioning. 

Additional details

The swivels meet OSHA’s standard 1910.242(b) for pressure and OSHA’s noise exposure standard 29CFR – 1910.95(a), ensuring their safe operation.
