air-operated conveyors

EXAIR offers many Line Vac air-operated conveyors.

No other North American manufacturer offers the range of compressed-air equipment that EXAIR Corporation has. Among this broad lineup is a large selection of Line Vac air-operated conveyors, all of them with no moving parts. These innovative devices are perfect for moving large volumes of material over long distances.

EXAIR currently has a special deal on until Oct. 31: for every purchase of a Line Vac device, the customer can get a free two-inch Flat Super Air Nozzle.

Available in 11 different sizes

How do Line Vac air-operated conveyors work? First, a small amount of compressed air is injected through directed nozzles to create a vacuum on one end and high output flows on the other, with instant response. The operator can use a pressure regulator to control the material flow rate easily. Because there are no moving parts, nor electricity used, users benefit from maintenance-free operation.

Each Line Vac has a large, smooth, and straight bore that allows as much material to pass through as possible. In addition, every kit includes a pressure regulator that has been sized appropriately for flow. The unit connects to a standard hose, tube, or pipe to create a powerful conveying tool. The compact design has large throat diameters for maximum throughput capability and high conveyance rates.

The Line Vac series of air-operated conveyors is available in 11 different sizes, ranging from 3/8 of an inch to five inches. In addition to the size range, EXAIR has developed many variations of these instruments – such as the Threaded Line Vac, Heavy Duty Line Vac, Sanitary Flange Line Vac, and Light Duty Line Vac. Each style is built for a unique industrial conveying operation and comes in a variety of materials and sizes. Whatever application a customer may be dealing with, there is sure to be a model that fits it perfectly.

The EXAIR two-inch Flat Super Air Nozzle produces a flat air stream with a strong blowing force of 1,134 grams. Its adjustable force is more than triple that of a standard air nozzle, using patented technology to maximize entrained airflow while minimizing noise.
