A new video showcases EXAIR's unique line of air-atomozing nozzles.

For four decades and counting, EXAIR Corporation has been a leading manufacturer of industrial compressed-air equipment – including air-atomizing spray nozzles. Each of these devices creates a fine fluid mist that is ideal for washing, coating, cooling, dust control, and other applications, and they are recommended for a wide variety of industries.

To illustrate these nozzles’ utility and different styles more effectively, as well as their major features and benefits, EXAIR has created a new short video.

Assortment of flow rates, patterns

This video demonstrates how EXAIR air-atomizing nozzles help users in a broad range of processes. The company shows a detailed view at how the nozzles are constructed and their capabilities, along with examples of useful applications and a general idea of what the different spray patterns resemble.

The nozzles provide an assortment of flow rates and patterns, such as flat fan, round, and hollow cone patterns. They are very effective with a broad variety of fluids, which makes them a perfect tool for myriad tasks. Blending liquid and compressed air, EXAIR air-atomizing nozzles create a fine atomization for better coverage. Users can easily adjust the nozzles to suit the needs of any specific application. They are available in three distinct styles – internal mix, external mix, and siphon-fed.

EXAIR air-atomizing nozzles have a stainless steel construction that enhances their durability and their corrosion resistance. They are available in 1/8, ¼, and ½ NPT sizes; patented No Drop models are also available for processes that require conservation of precious fluids or protection of product finishes. All of the models are clog-resistant and CE-compliant, and each comes with a five-year Built to Last Warranty.

Established in 1983, EXAIR Corporation develops and produces an unmatched variety of industrial compressed-air equipment, ranging from vacuum conveyors and generators to cabinet coolers, static eliminators, and many more options, all at its plant in Cincinnati.
