TurboBlast cleaning an oily printing machine.

The unsurpassed portfolio of industrial compressed-air equipment by EXAIR Corporation is always expanding, as the company never tires of developing innovations for evolving customer needs. The newest member of this product family is the TurboBlast safety air gun, which is designed specifically for heavy-duty applications that require powerful blowoff.

Four different models of the TurboBlast safety air gun are available from EXAIR, as well as replacement air-nozzle guard kits.

For stubborn or heavy debris

This dynamic new air gun can produce force of up to 23 pounds with a mere press of a button trigger, and it is the perfect solution for blowoff tasks that need maximum force – like removing stubborn or heavy debris such as slag and flash, part drying or cooling from a distance, and heavy-duty cleanup in busy industrial plants. EXAIR offers the TurboBlast in multiple different flow rates and extensions of up to six feet long, so that customers find it easier to clean areas that are difficult to reach.

The TurboBlast safety air gun has a cast aluminum handle with a rugged elastomer grip that is very comfortable, but that also resists ultraviolet rays and chemicals and is insulated from heat and cold. It features a light-touch activation trigger that creates a powerful blast of air, and it also includes a “Dead Man’s” grip that turns off the air if the user drops the gun. Each of the four models of the TurboBlast includes an integrated nozzle guard for safety; selected models are available with an adjustable gate valve to control the blowing force on the fly.

The most powerful design of air gun currently available from the EXAIR team, the TurboBlast complements other innovative safety air guns from the company, including the VariBlast Precision, the VariBlast Compact, the Soft Grip, and the Heavy Duty models. All of these EXAIR safety air guns meet the strict standards of CE in Europe, as well as the United States Safety and Health Administration.

Prices for the TurboBlast start at US$800.

Established in 1983, EXAIR Corporation manufactures an unmatched range of compressed-air solutions at its Cincinnati facility.
