The EXAIR Corporation 3 NPT Heavy Duty Line Vac conveys plastic cap nails.

The Line Vac series of compressed-air vacuums by EXAIR Corporation has been getting the job done for businesses for years – and the selection just keeps on getting better. The manufacturer has just launched its new Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac, a powerful inline conveyor that transports high volumes of material through standard pipes. With this tool, users can transform ordinary piping into a powerful conveyor for heavy and abrasive materials.

Double the standard conveying rate

Designed to handle rugged, industrial tasks, this device is built out of a hardened alloy to prevent premature wear when it transports such potentially troublesome materials as garnet, glass, sand, shot blast, tumbling media, or metal fittings. The Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac has a large throat diameter that enables conveyance of more materials over long horizontal and vertical lengths, with a conveying rate that is usually double that of a standard air-powered conveyor.

This Line Vac unit functions by ejecting a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles, in order to make a vacuum on one end and high output flows on the other end with instant response. The user can finely tune the conveyance rate to accommodate the requirements of a specific application just by using a pressure regulator. No electricity is necessary to operate this vacuum, and there are no moving parts to wear out.

The Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac comes in seven sizes, ranging from ¾ to three NPT, to fit standard pipe and coupling sizes. Additional models are available in 11 sizes in such materials as aluminum and 303 or 316 stainless steel and with or without threads. EXAIR also offers sanitary flange models, going from 1½ to three inches in size.

Every model in the Line Vac series complies with the pressure requirements of the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the European CE safety standard. EXAIR has all of these vacuums in stock and ready to ship to customers.

Founded in 1983, EXAIR Corporation designs, manufactures, and supplies many different kinds of compressed-air equipment for industrial facilities at its headquarters in Cincinnati.
