The manufacturer now introduces its latest innovation – the 1/8 NPT FloodStream liquid-atomizing spray nozzle, designed for spraying processes in which space is at a premium, like washing/wetting, dust suppression, lubrication, or part cooling.

Made out of 303 stainless steel and producing a uniform, deflected flat fan pattern, the FloodStream offers a consistent and proficient spray for exact coverage in close quarters.

The FloodStream is a versatile and efficient liquid-atomizing device, like all EXAIR spray nozzles, with a maximum operating pressure of up to 250 pounds per square inch. This nozzle channels fluid through the body and against a precision-tuned, angled surface, which results in a wide-angle, flat fan spray pattern angled at 75 degrees from nozzle orientation. The compact design makes the FloodStream effective in confined spaces, while still offering exceptional coverage with high precision. Its stainless steel construction also provides corrosion resistance and durability, and it functions well with such common liquids as water, light oils, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paint, and dye.
