The IR lineup of ergonomic handling systems includes five enclosed rail profiles, all made out of lightweight aluminum and durable steel. These products have been specifically designed to minimize the accumulation of dirt on their internal running surfaces, as this makes rolling much easier. A rolling resistance of less than one per cent results from the lightweight, precision running surfaces offered by the enclosed track profiles.

The selection also includes Zimmerman rail systems, trolleys, tractors, jib cranes, and arm systems, for such tasks as lifting, balancing, pulling, and man riding. IR recommends these offerings for use in many sectors, including construction, oil and gas, food processing, the marines, furniture, heavy equipment, and the automotive industry.

Assembling IT ergonomic handling systems is a simple task. They are merely bolted together, and welding is not necessary. Dobco can supply all of required accessories for these IR systems (e.g., hanger kits, end trucks, safety cables, trolleys, or end stops) to help assemble a full workstation crane system, either ceiling-supported or freestanding. Rebuilt units are also available.

A major advantage of these support structures is the level of safety, which is a top IR priority. All of this lifting and material-handling equipment has been certified by the Monorail Manufacturers Association or complies with the MH27.2 standard by the American National Standards Institute (Specifications for Enclosed Track Underhung Cranes and Monorail Systems).
