Advanced software for 3D design

The first stage of working with Matritech is the engineering phase. This is when the Matritech crew uses its advanced software for three- and two-dimensional design. Using these technologies enables the company not only to transfer electronic information from clients easily, but also to analyze dimension and tolerance carefully for the project. Matritech personnel discuss these analyses during manufacturing feasibility reviews and apply them during the next phase, design. The company also employs software to program machine tools, which optimizes the use of material by proposing the best cutting configurations.

Next comes design review. The Matritech team uses its collective expertise to improve upon and optimize the development of the customer’s products. This concept review process enables the company to work directly with the client to study the design closely to determine the feasibility of making the product. Matritech’s skills and experience guide this stage, which results in design improvements and possible cost reduction.

After this comes finishing and surface treatment. Here, a trusted team of strategic partners enables Matritech to sub-contract finishing and surface treatment to others. This work can include painting, plating, silkscreen printing, anodizing, and preparing stainless steel for welding.

Finally, the finished product is delivered to the customer. Matritech has a flexible MRP system that allows it to manage production while ensuring that it stocks the required materials and parts, delivers the products on time, and satisfies all of the customer’s requirements in the final analysis.
