Reaching out – Endress+Hauser offers free access to remote visual support during COVID-19 crisis.

The COVID-19 pandemic is having an unprecedented effect on industry all over the world. Endress+Hauser Canada Ltd. has adapted well to the crisis and remains operational. During this period of high restriction and caution, the company offers free access to its remote visual support app to all customers.

The app is available to users in any Windows browser or IOS and Android, making technical support accessible right at the customer’s fingertips.

Address any urgent service needs

The Endress+Hauser Visual Support app allows customers to interact with a company technician to deal with any urgent service needs, through a mobile phone, a maintenance laptop, or an Endress+Hauser FieldXpert Device Configuration tablet. Endress+Hauser Service will proactively contact any clients with already planned onsite service tasks to investigate whether Visual Support is a better option for conducting the planned service work.
