• Head office management and engineering. The inside sales and customer service representatives will always provide prompt response and clear communication to ensure that customer requirements are met. The company’s three professional licensed engineers will provide invaluable engineering support, including design suggestions to improve functionality or reduce manufacturing costs for customers.
• First operations team. These highly skilled machinists and operators are passionate about the quality of their work. They have the expertise to work with many key pieces of equipment, including Brown & Sharpe, Wickman, Davenport, Hydromat and CNC machines.
• Secondary operations team. & M. Precision Products has a fully equipped and staffed secondary operations department. The detail-oriented operators and setup experts that make up this department complete parts and assemblies to meet customer specifications. They are experts when it comes to machining, milling, assembly, drilling, tapping, broaching, centerless and plunge grinding, thread rolling and more.
• Quality assurance department. & M. Precision Products’ fully equipped quality assurance department is staffed by a dedicated team of qualified professionals who are committed to ensuring the production of parts to a high level of quality. Using automated and manual processes, this team regularly calibrates gauges, scales and more to ensure products are correctly sampled for quality purposes.
• Shipping department. With the leadership of the shipping manager, the shipping team maximizes efficiency to effectively manage customer inventory, from storage, through packing and shipping.
