high temperature heaters

Process Heaters supplies a variety of high-temperature heaters.

For a broad range of industrial heating products – from heaters to furnaces and control panels – many companies rely on Process Heaters. This company has been a one-stop shop for heating needs for decades, carrying no less than 12 kinds of heaters – including high temperature heaters, perfect for specific applications requiring extremely high temperatures.

The company’s impressive line of high temperature heaters includes units that can safely and reliably reach temperatures of up to 1,900 degrees Celsius.

Several different heater types

Process Heaters offers eight different types of high temperature heaters for various applications. These types are as follows:

  • Cast plate heaters. Available in any size, cast plate heaters have the ability to heat up to 1,200 degrees Celsius, which uses higher watts per square inch than standard plate heaters do.
  • Ceramic fibre heaters. This fibre-craft vacuum-formed heater combines a heating element and insulation together in one single complete unit, which is available in three variations – cylindrical, semi-cylindrical, and flat-plate types – with temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees Celsius.
  • Ceramic refractory heaters. Available in flat-plate and semi-cylindrical types, with custom designs to meet client specifications. Temperatures of up to 1,204 degrees Celsius.
  • Molybdenum disilicide heaters. Able to produce temperatures of up to 1,900 degrees Celsius.
  • Platinum and molybdenum ceramic heaters. Able to produce temperatures of up to 1,600 degrees Celsius.
  • Ribbon-type heaters. These heaters have various levels of temperature capability, depending on the material.
  • Rod overbends. As with ribbon-type heaters, the level of temperature capability depends on the material.
  • Silicon carbine heaters. These heaters can reach temperatures of up to 1,550 degrees Celsius.

High temperature heaters are, of course, just one of the many heater options available. Process Heaters also carries band, cable, cartridge, cast-in, corrosion-resistant, flexible, heat-trace, process, radiant, strip, and tubular heaters.
