Chicago Pneumatic’s BlueTork CP7600 Series nutrunners offer a reliable and ergonomic solution for changing tires on trucks and buses. Available in Canada through Dobco Equipment, these nutrunners are designed to efficiently and ergonomically tighten the lug nuts, U bolts and head bolts of trucks and buses to a precise specification without using impact force. As the only non-impact tool with a shut-off nutrunner available on the market for fleet maintenance applications, it comes in a variety of configurations to meet the needs of each application.

The selection

Model CP7600xB features a long-reaching reaction blade. It can handle up to 665 foot-pounds (900Nm), and has two motors for fast rundown (100 rpm). With almost no vibration and a low noise level, this model is a top choice for the tightening of truck and bus lug nuts. It offers accurate torque and an ergonomic design. The result is an efficient, productive and safe solution.

Models CP7600xC and CP7600C offer the same great features as the CP7600xB; however, the xC version is extended with a spring-loaded cup, while the C version is available with a choice of cups — a spring-loaded cup or Japanese type cup — to go on the standard reaction bar.

The units are available with two rotating direction options — forward only, or forward and reverse. They are also available with one torque preset or four torque presets (the 4P model).
