ECOM intrinsically safe flashlights combine lightweight design with reliable performance

High efficiency and compact size

These intrinsically safe flashlights are lightweight, ergonomic, and very durable, all of which combine to provide top performance. They use Proprietary Compound Path Optics, or CPO, which allows for high efficiency and compact size.

Although the 3AA and 3C eLED CPO are very small in size, they are very easy to handle with their large push-button switches – even for users wearing thick gloves. The 3AA can be mounted to any helmet or hardhat with a simple helmet clip, and the 3C includes a strong, ergonomic belt clip for easy portability. The flashlights’ proprietary CPO function causes their beams to produce bright spots with very little peripheral light, which means they do not affect any nearby personnel.

Another notable benefit of these intrinsically safe flashlights is their thermal recovery system, which has been designed to recycle heat from the LED to warm batteries for better performance in low temperatures. For extra durability, the 3AA and 3C also have high-impact ABS, LEXAN, and polyurethane rubber construction.

The 3AA eLED CPO flashlight has a brightness of 110 lumens at a distance of 304 feet, or about 92 metres, and it can burn for as long as eight hours on three AA batteries (which are included in the package). Meanwhile, the 3C eLED CPO can offer a brightness of 125 lumens at a distance of 500 feet, or about 152 metres, while running for up to 32 hours on three C alkaline batteries.
