Whether crafting a drum mixer, tote mixer, or medium or large tank, Dynamix applies the same design and engineering principles into every base plan and the eventual configuration it quotes.

Configured for every process

Dynamix configures every one of its mixers and tanks for every industrial process with its precise engineering. Each one contains a motor with a suitable horsepower and energy source, a gear drive optimized for torque capacity, an impeller sized to maximize efficiency, and mounting fitted according to the customerʼs tank needs.

The Dynamix team understands how mixers can make or break a businessʼ quality-management process. One way that the manufacturer creates the most appropriate equipment is through a needs analysis: Dynamix experts work closely with the customer to consider all the relevant factors – tank type and volume, specific gravity, viscosity, shear threshold, per cent of solids, suspension, environment, and process. If the final product does not meet the clientʼs exact specifications, Dynamix will replace it with one that does.

Several great series of mixers and tanks are available in Canada through York Fluid Controls. The MMX series of drum mixers, for example, consists of systems with drum lid mounts, bung mounts, or universal drum mounts. These have capacities from 50 to 250 gallons. The ITM series of tote mixers works with plastic or stainless steel tote mounts, and their capacities range from 200 to 600 gallons.

Two other kinds of mixers that Dynamix makes are the DMX series of portable mixers, featuring plate or clamp mounts and running from 100 to 3,000 gallons, and side-entry mixers in DMX or Nautilus designs. Also available: the GMX series of medium tanks, from 2,000 to 10,000 gallons, and the Nautilus series of large industrial tanks, from 2,500 to 100,000 gallons.
