Synchronized clocks by DuraTime are suitable for various workplaces.

Process Instruments and Components Inc. (PIC) offers one of the top selections of industrial equipment in Canada, particularly for hazardous work environments. The inventory includes many solutions by DuraTime, which manufactures a series of wireless synchronized clock systems – each of them deemed the only synchronized clock system designed never to fail.

The DuraTime line is the latest and most reliable way for businesses to synchronize all time displays in a facility without wires.

Primary and backup master clock

These synchronized time solutions work for many kinds of facilities, like hospitals, universities, schools, government facilities, financial institutions, office buildings, military facilities, manufacturing plants, and remote buildings. DuraTime recommends them for wide area coverage, remote alert times, and time and attendance.

Easy to install, these clock systems offer years of trouble-free service to users with virtually no downtime. Each unit comes from PIC with a primary and backup master clock for built-in redundancy. It serves as the most reliable clock system on the market, coupled with integrated multi-path communications and data encryption.

Every system comes from the factory synchronized according to the United States Atomic Clock, but workers can use GPS Time and NTP Time simultaneously. The main master clock sends these updates through a secure, multi-path wireless data network to all secondary clocks, which eliminates the high cost of synchronized wiring and minimizes clock maintenance. The RC102 master clock kit includes an OCXO oscillator and built-in network time receiver that users can direct to sync with local or public time servers over the web. An optional GPS time receiver offers simultaneous, redundant time acquisition.

The DuraTime Master Clock uses reliable, frequency-hopping, spread-spectrum radio technology to send time updates to all clocks. Wireless systems can be expanded to start with solutions that suit their immediate needs, adding extra clicks, bells, or tone generators. These synchronized clock systems have automatic switching between Daylight and Standard time, plus AES 128-bit data encryption for reliable, secure communications.

With its powerful alarm schedule and alarm output systems, the Master Clock can send synchronized time to all clocks in a workplace.
