Heavy duty performance

Duraplus ABS piping systems are designed to offer the durability needed for the most demanding industrial process applications. For instance, they can handle a variety of substances such as caustics, abrasive slurries, separation reagents, and low-temperature glycol. These piping systems are also suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are rated for operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 70 degrees C (-40 to 158 degrees F), and pressures from 75 to 230 psi (rated at 73 degrees F).

Advanced material

Duraplus ABS is made from a copolymer material — Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene — which makes it half the weight of copper pipes and one-sixth the weight of steel pipes, without sacrificing performance. 

The material provides high impact strength and excellent ductility, as well as resistance to chemicals and long-term UV exposure. These lightweight piping systems are easy to handle and install with Duraplus solvent cement.
