An impact wrench is a socket wrench power tool that stores energy in a rotating mass and then blasts it quickly to the output shaft. Manufacturing workers find them handy because they require relatively little energy from the user to deliver high torque output.

• CP7783 and CP7783-6 – two lightweight 1″ wrenches for tire-changing applications in heavy vehicles, either in workshops or for roadside assistance. Each has a rocking dog clutch, which is a pinless, closed, reinforced mechanism with only two main moving parts that optimize power transmission and increase durability.
• CP7762 – a ¾” stubby impact wrench designed for general mechanical applications for heavy vehicles needing roadside assistance or in workshops. Built specifically for tight spaces to reach confined bolts in engine compartments.
• CP7732C – an ultra-compact ½” composite impact wrench, only 10.8 centimetres long, which is perfect for transmission and engine work and other applications in very restricted areas. An upgrade of CP’s popular stubby CP7732 wrench, this one is 20 per cent lighter than the previous incarnation, making task involving oil pans, seat bolts and body panels easier.
