Founded in 1959 by Dr. E. Douglas Hougen, who held more than 400 worldwide patents, Hougen also offers Rotabroach annular and industrial magnetic drills and sheet-metal cutters, as well as Tornado II portable electric paint shakers for fabrication shops, machine-tool builders, plant maintenance departments, and automotive painting. Also available is a broad variety of accessories, like arbour extenders, countersink kits, pressurized coolant systems, Jacobs chucks, pipe adapters, portable vac-pads, ratchet drives, drill carrying handles, replacement parts, rotaloc spindle adapters, stick lubricants and cutting liquids, taping kits, twist drill adapters, and hydraulic hole punches.

• Hole punches. Hougen makes the Punch-Pro and Hougen-Ogura brands of hole punchers, which allow users to punch round and oblong holes in steel quickly and at little cost.
