Dobco offers 12 kinds of Desoutter screwdrivers.

For more than 100 years, businesses have trusted Desoutter for top assembly solutions, which are available from Dobco Equipment. A world leader in assembly tools, Desoutter offers an impressive variety of pneumatic fastening tools. This includes pneumatic screwdrivers, which give workers a safe, efficient way to fasten materials.

Among the ergonomic benefits of Desoutter pneumatic screwdrivers and other tools are higher user comfort, reduced fatigue, and less handling time.

Meets high safety standards

Desoutter pneumatic tools are designed and constructed to comply with the Conformité Européene standard, or CE, which is a strict international certification for products that meet the high health, safety, and environmental standards of the European Union. In addition, these tools operate at a line pressure according to ISO 2787, while also meeting international sound and vibration standards.

Dobco can supply 12 different models of Desoutter pneumatic screwdrivers. The lineup includes five types of shutoff screwdrivers: push start, level start, pistol grip, HLT, and fastening assurance system. There are also three kinds of non-shutoff screwdrivers – push start, level start, and pistol grip – as well as two electric screwdrivers, one with mains voltage and one with low voltage. The two remaining models are direct drive (pistol grip) and automatic reverse.

Each of these 12 screwdriver types comes in a variety of designs, with differing levels of free speed, output, torque range, fitted spring, length and width, airflow, air hose bore, air inlet, sound level, and vibration.

Among the most innovative of these screwdrivers is the fastening assurance system, or FAS2000. This tool can verify that all of the fasteners have been connected correctly in an assembly application, so workers do not need to conduct additional inspections. Easy to use, this system compares the timing of pneumatic signals from the shutoff screwdriver with set parameters, in order to monitor the fastening cycle and generate output signals for OK and NOK assembly confirmation. By blending the output signals, the fastening assurance system can determine if the fasteners have been connected and tightened properly.

For the best in pneumatic assembly solutions, rely on Desoutter.
