This unit puts the user in control with real-time monitoring of water ingress, oil degradation, oil condition, and oxidation levels.

Designed for permanent mounting in any lubrication system on any kind of machine, this Des-Case sensor is more than 60 times more sensitive to oil contamination than any other dielectric constant measuring sensor is.

Highly flexible and cost-efficient

The OQS 2 is a live, highly flexible, and cost-efficient condition-based monitoring solution that enables reading of oil quality and temperature without a PC. The user can set up the display box onsite and then see the readings as needed. An Android app can connect a Smartphone with the device through Bluetooth. Because of its polycarbonate housing and IP67 rating when connected, the OQS 2 can be placed in all industrial environments with no risk of damage. The new Rate of Change feature enables simple monitoring of oil degradation over a programmable period.
