Covering the entire flange face

This series consists of several different series of round flange protectors constructed of various materials, and they are designed to cover the entire flange face. Units are available for most standard flange designs, while custom sizes of these disc-shaped protectors can be made to meet any customer’s individual needs.

The DMR line comes in several different materials. The FCP series is made of corrugated plastic, the FCH series is made from high-density polyethylene, and the FCM line is constructed out of medium-density fibreboard, while the FCW group is made of plywood. Daemar offers a full range of sizes from ½ an inch to 42 inches, and these units can be cut to any sized in any class series from 150# to 20,000#. All standard die-cut flange covers are 1/16 of an inch thick, with alternate materials and thicknesses available.

Daemar supplies DMR round flange protectors with the following Pressure Class ratings:

• 150 – nominal pipe sizes from ½ an inch to 48 inches;
• 300 – same nominal-pipe-size range as the 150;
• 400 – same nominal-pipe-size range;
• 600 – nominal pipe sizes from ½ an inch to 46 inches;
• 900 – nominal pipe sizes from ½ an inch to 40 inches;
• 1500 – same nominal-pipe-size range as the 600; and
• 2500 – nominal pipe sizes from ½ an inch to 12 inches.
