For your seal applications requiring a unique size or elastomer, Daemar utilizes a range of custom manufacturing processes to meet your requirements, as follows:

• CNC Machining. Daemar can produce fully computer-designed quick seals in a variety of profiles and diameters with its high-end, rapid-production CNC machinery. Products include piston, rod, Teflon, and rotary seals, as well as wipers, guide rings, backup rings, and gaskets.
• Cast Urethane. Items available through this method include standard symmetrical U-cups, loaded seals, thin-lip U-cups, dual-durometer U-cups, and feathered or asymmetrical lip designs. Also available: large-diameter polyurethane seals, dual-durometer seals, custom polyurethane over-molding, bumpers, wheels, custom numbering, and private branding.
• Vulcanizing and Cold Splicing. For static sealing applications requiring a non-standard diameter o-ring a custom vulcanized o-ring is often the fastest and most cost effective solution. Daemar’s large inventory of inch and metric cord diameters and a variety of elastomers and durometers allows for short production lead times.
• Elastomer Extrusions. Daemar is experienced in providing turnkey custom elastomer extrusion solutions, from design, through engineering and manufacturing. From simple shapes to complicated profiles, Daemar provides extrusions in both solid and foam rubber and in most of our standard elastomers.
