Daemar offers a wide range of hose clamps

Daemar can supply a range of products from the global leader in self-compensating hose clamps, Rotor Clamp. When temperature changes cause the hose to expand or contract, these clamps will expand and contract along with it. To suit different applications, they are available in a variety of configurations, including single wire, double wire, constant tension band and pre-opened.

Single wire

Single wire clamps provide the most effective holding force and clamping strength. That is because the single wire design focuses the clamping force in a specific area. They are often used for household appliances, HVAC systems, automotive applications, utility vehicles, boats, personal watercraft and more. The standard size range is 0.233 to 3.218 inches. These clamps are also available in a slimmer version that ranges in size from 0.551 to 1.672.

Double wire

Double wire clamps are ideal for applications where esthetics are important and the high clamping force of single wire clamps is not needed. This design spreads out the force around the hose and is more cost effective than single wire clamps. Some typical applications include spa fixtures, appliances, HVAC, some automotive and truck systems, and utility vehicles. They are available in sizes ranging from 0.274 to 2.300 inches.

Constant tension

For applications that fall in the middle ground (requiring more strength than double wire clamps, but not as much as single wire clamps), constant tension band clamps are available. The sizes range from 12 to 60 millimetres.

Pre-opened

Pre-opened, pre-positioned clamps are a unique, patented design. They can be held in an open position by compressing the tangs and allowing the stop to hook into place. These clamps are designed for rubber hose manufacturers that pre-glue clamps to hoses for the automotive industry.
