The company continually upgrades its equipment, which allows the team to produce bushings in a range of sizes, configurations and materials for automotive and heavy equipment applications. 

The equipment the company uses includes Swiss-type CNC machines, such as the Hanwha XD32H with a 1.25-inch diameter capacity, the Citizen L20 with a ¾-inch capacity, and the Citizen L16 with a ⅝-inch capacity.

“These machines allow us to perform precise machining quickly, which means we can offer fast turnaround times on custom bushings,” the company says. 

Collison-Goll also uses a number of CNC lathes that have the capability to run up to 10-inch slugs and three-inch round material. Its BNJ-twin spindle, multi-axis lathes avoid the need for costly secondary operations, which saves the customer money. Its multi-spindle automatic machines can handle parts up to 2.25 inches, and are ideal for high-volume production .
