LITE also allows users to upload and attach files to tickets.

The most affordable and professional of Custodian’s maintenance plans is Custodian CMMS PRO-150. It costs as little as $5.16 per month and allows a team of 25 users and a database of 150 assets. Additional benefits: easy setup and configuration from CSV import; SMS-Text notifications, reminders, and alerts; one-on-one phone support; and a five-gigabyte database.

Custodian CMMS PRO-500 is ideal for large businesses with several facilities spread out across cities, provinces, or even countries. This plan has every available asset- and maintenance-management feature, with constant upgrades. Up to 100 users can be connected and up to 500 assets managed, and PRO-500 can connect to other systems with Custodian’s own Web API. Other features include custom domain, unlimited database storage, dedicated account manager, and the ability to request new features for future releases. This version costs $499 per month.
