The free version of Custodian CMMS is simple to set up and has no expiry date.

For the peak of asset management technology, smart businesses rely on Custodian CMMS software – especially in the hotel, healthcare, and municipal sectors. This innovative solution makes maintenance systems efficient and smooth, with preventative and reactive maintenance working to keep equipment functioning properly and dependably all the time.

Another advantage of investing in this software is that it is easy to set up – especially the free CMMS LITE plan.

How to get started

Customers can begin with the LITE plan, which can be obtained without a trial period. This version of the software never expires. In the event that the customer needs to set up more than three users, or to manage maintenance for more than 15 assets, it is simple to upgrade to the PRO-150 or PRO-500 packages – just by contacting the Custodian sales team.

To register this asset management software, the first step is to go to app.CustodianCMMS.com and click on the “REGISTER” button. In the registration window, the user enters the company name and main telephone number, selects the relevant industry from a drop-down list, and chooses the preferred currency. For branding purposes, a company logo can be added as an option.

The next step is to enter the company’s mailing address, city, province or state, postal or ZIP code, and country. Then the customer must create an ADMIN user – the company’s main user, with access to all of the Custodian settings – with an e-mail address and a secure password that can be remembered for login. Next, the ADMIN user’s full name and phone number (preferably different from the company number) are entered. A mobile number is recommended too, as this is used for text notifications, alerts, and reminders with the PRO plans. Clicking “finish” returns the user to the Login screen, and Custodian CMMS asset management is ready to go.
