The fittings have a barb that is 1.4 to 1.5 times larger than the inside diameter of tubing to be fitted. Once the barb is inserted, it creates a seal that can hold up to 125 psi. The fittings also feature an ergonomic design with an easy-to-hold base.

Premium grade fittings from Cords Canada are made from 100 per cent virgin material. They are available in white nylon, natural Kynar, clear polycarbonate and natural polypropylene. The barb on these fittings is moulded without a parting line to guarantee a leak-proof seal. No parting line means no chance of flash or mould mismatch during manufacturing.
