Miniflex key features and advantages

The Miniflex combines quiet operation (less than 80dB) and portability with performance, as it can effectively remove weld fume particulate with large surface area coverage and 99.7 per cent filter unit efficiency. The lightweight unit features durable construction and a portable design that can be easily moved to different stations, rooms or facilities.

The system incorporates a current sensor, which triggers the unit to automatically start when welding current is sensed, and stop when extraction is complete, which reduces energy consumption. Extraction settings are available from 95 to 108 CFM, depending on the environmental conditions present. In addition, the incorporated Carbon Brush System monitors and alerts brush consumption based on 750 run hours, while the system easily observes extraction performance.

Additional details

The Miniflex base unit includes a 2.4-millimetre (eight-foot) extraction hose with adapter, a LongLife-H main filter and HEPA filter, which are easy to replace and maintain, as well as two carbon brushes and seals for the motor. Miniflex is also available in a “One-Pak Package”, which includes everything in the base unit, plus an EN 20 extraction nozzle.
