• ¾ hoods that allow fast viewing of the belt from one side
• a design that prevents water ingress into the reinforced edge, minimizing the chances of corrosion
• open position brackets that hold the hoods in place as users access the conveyor
• support bands and hoods made from G90 galvanized material, though also available in aluminum and steel
• support bands with correctly positioned holes for mounting of eye bolts for safety pull cords
• a symmetrical design that enables easy placement on structures, fast installation, and safe access to both sides of the belt
• a tight fit between the bottom edge of the hood and the support band, to guarantee top protection
• wide support bands to stop gaps and improve weather seals

Each one of these Continental conveyor covers also includes a specialized mounting system that ensures a solid fit in any system, in any type of work environment. These mounting systems are available in standard one-foot or 15-inch variations. The cover models themselves are available in full-hood and ¾-hood designs. Both versions have belt widths stretching from 457 to 1,524 millimetres, while the weight of a support band goes from five to ten kilograms.
