Wainbee Limited supplies a wide range of industrial filtration solutions in Canada via its filtration division, Filtramax. This includes a line of clean-air systems for workplace environments – such as Parker dominic hunter’s OIL-X compressed air filters and water separators, which offer a new standard of efficiency in long-term air quality.

These die-cast compressed air filters use unique, patented design features that minimize differential pressure. They also provide a filter and element blend in which the differential pressure remains low, in order to save energy and minimize lifetime costs without sacrificing air quality.

Parker dominic hunter has employed its unique filtration expertise to develop filters that provide top air quality consistently for at least one full year. These filters and water separators have been third-party validated to meet the strict air-quality standards of the International Organization for Standardization. With its unique filter element and advanced airflow-management system, OIL-X compressed air filters has been designed to deliver exceptional air quality with maximal productivity and efficiency.

Among the notable features of these filters:

• Specially constructed filter element. Designed to enable lower airflow velocity, lower pressure loss, and greater dirt-holding capacity.
• “Bell mouth” system. This specially engineered type of flow-management system allows for consistent, optimal airflow with its 90-degree elbow, flow distributor, and conical flow diffuser.
• Filter housing. Enables easy maintenance and element replacement for at least a decade.
• Flexible connections. A strong variety of filter connections and port sizes increase flexibility.
• Epoxy coating. OIL-X compressed air filters and water separators have been finished with a tough dry-powder epoxy coating and alocrom corrosion protection.
