State-of-the-art equipment

L. & M. Precision Products has a Quality Assurance Department that is fully equipped with advanced machines and equipment. Its large lab features both plain and thread gauges, as well as an impressive amount of inspection devices, including laser micrometers, optical comparators, hardness and surface testers, and more. The company is also equipped with precision inspection machines for parts that require 100 per cent inspection.

Employee training

L. & M. Precision Products’ Quality Assurance Department is staffed by a dedicated team of qualified professionals, committed to ensuring the production of parts to a high level of quality. This team is trained to ISO standards, as the company has been ISO registered since 1997. The team is also trained on the eight disciplines (8D) approach to problem solving, which is aimed at identifying, correcting and eliminating recurring problems to enable continuous product and process improvement. Employees also receive statistical process control training, as well as health and safety training.

Quality assurance

The company is committed to quality assurance. Every employee in the company contributes to the quality of products, from up-front estimation and engineering, through to production and, finally, shipping and delivery.
