The Celeros ClydeUnion CUP-BB1 pump

Celeros Flow Technology manufactures the ClydeUnion brand of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, which is available through John Brooks Company Limited. This includes a wide range of units that comply with the standards of the American Petroleum Institute (API), to minimize safety and environmental risks in the oil and gas sector.

The supplier carries nearly a dozen types of ClydeUnion centrifugal pumps that are designed to meet the API 610 standard.

Single-, two-, or multi-stage.

John Brooks Company offers the following options in the API 610 family:

  • CUP-BB1. Heavy-duty, axially split, single-stage design engineered for maximum efficiency, high reliability, and the widest performance flexibility.
  • CUP-BB2. Heavy-duty, horizontal, single- or two-stage, radially split model with multiple suction and discharge connections.
  • CUP-BB3. Heavy-duty, axial split-case, horizontal units with opposing impellers with either single- or double-suction first-stage impeller pumps.
  • CUP-BB5HP. These pumps encompass heavy-duty, radially split diffuser-type multi-stage pumps available in two configurations ā€“ inline or back-to-back impeller arrangements.
  • CUP-BB5V. Available in multi-stage diffuser or double-case volute types, both heavy-duty designs. This range of pumps offers the lowest cost of ownership throughout their full lifespan.
  • CUP-OH2. Heavy-duty, single-stage, radially split, overhung, end-suction machine pumps that meet strict API noise and vibration limits, due to a rigid pump body with 360-degree bearing support and heavy centre-line mounting.
  • CUP-OH3. Advanced-design, single-stage, vertical, inline bearing bracketed units with high flexibility and versatility that meet the needs of a broad range of pumping applications. With back pullout design that allows the full rotating assembly to be removed without disturbing the suction or discharge pipework.
  • CUP-OH4. Advanced-design, single-stage, vertical inline pumps with high flexibility and versatility. This model meets the latest API 610 standards for minimum maintenance and heavy-duty requirements for general industry, power, and desalination tasks as well.
  • CUP-VS1. Vertical turbine radial-flow or axial-flow type, multi-stage, heavy-duty pumps for well-pit or deep-well applications.
  • CUP-VS6. Vertical turbine, multi-stage, heavy-duty models for dry or wet put applications. Engineered with a barrel (suction can).
  • DB62C. Cryogenic vertical centrifugal pumps with special ā€œCā€ Type head gear.
