Features and options

The Conduflex has a stainless steel outer shell, offering both an attractive look and durability. In addition, it features a cable-friendly internal frame made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide.

The cable carrier has a modular design, which makes it easy to shorten or lengthen the system when required. The modular design also means that if external damage occurs to a certain section of the carrier, that section can easily be replaced without having to replace the whole unit.

These carriers also have a small pitch, resulting in quiet operation.

Users can easily select the most appropriate model for their application based on their mounting height, bend radius and cavity size needs. In addition, a variety of end mounting bracket options are available. Optional protective covers can also be ordered to protect the stop grooves against contamination in applications where there is an accumulation of red hot chips or other debris. In these cases, some Conduflex models can be fitted with guards to protect the nylon connection joint slots.
