Clippard’s portfolio of industrial solutions is available in Canada via Wainbee Limited. This includes the Cordis series – Clippard’s line of proportional pressure and flow-control products. This is a highly customizable series of devices and configurations designed specially to help close the loop around pressure and flow: ultra-high resolution and repeatability.

Controllers, boosters, sensors, and more

Customers can choose from among several categories of Cordis proportional pressure and flow-control solutions:

• Electronic pressure controls. Electronic fill and bleed pressure controllers with a calibrated range from vacuum to 150 psig. No integral bleed required. Available with IP65-rated housing. These devices use Clippard’s proven DVP and EVP valves.
• Electronic pressure controls with external sensors. Also with an IP65 protection rating.
• Dynamic pressure controllers. Compact, cost-efficient, and non-relieving devices that also work with DVP and EVP valves. Calibrated range from zero to 150 psig.
• High-volume boosters. With phenomenal forward and reverse flow characteristics and substantially high flow capabilities. Calibrated range also from zero to 150 psig.
• High-pressure controllers. These devices use Clippard’s high-pressure spider valves. IP65-rated housing and calibrated range from vacuum to 150 psig.
• Custom calibrated pressure sensors. Workers can use these sensors as standalone models or with Cordis pressure controls, and Clippard can customize the calibration around specific user needs with the help of the Wainbee team. Compatible with both standard and dynamic applications. Also with an IP65 protection rating.
• Electronic flow controllers. With a turndown ratio of 50 to one, warmup of less than one minute, an H20 pressure drop of less than or equal to 14 inches, and optional integrated regulators.
