The ClydeUnion CUP-BB3 centrifugal pump

John Brooks Company Limited supplies the ClydeUnion brand of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps by Celeros Flow Technology to Canadian businesses. One key advantage of many of these products is that they comply with the standards of the American Petroleum Institute (API), which reduces both safety and environmental hazards in the oil and gas industry. This family includes nine models of ClydeUnion centrifugal pumps that are designed to meet the API 682 standard.

A number of heavy-duty units

For more than a century, the API has developed more than 700 standards for operational safety, environmental protection, and sustainability, including API 682. These standards are all trusted by policy makers and businesses to meet the strict performance criteria of the oil and gas sector. The API is the global leader in convening subject-matter experts across segments to establish, maintain, and distribute consensus standards in this industry.

The following API 682-certified ClydeUnion options are currently available from John Brooks Company:

  • CUP-BB1 – heavy-duty, axially split, single-stage design engineered for maximum efficiency, high reliability, and the widest performance flexibility.
  • CUP-BB3 – heavy-duty, axial split-case, horizontal units with opposing impellers with either single- or double-suction first-stage impeller pumps.
