• Anti-abrasion sleeves. Tough textile sheath for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Excellent protection from extreme temperature and abrasion.
• Fire-resistant anti-static wraps. Conductive thermoplastic compound on a polyethylene base, designed and certified for safe use in mines and other underground applications. An extremely good balance of mechanical properties, tested according to MSHA standards.
• Electrical guards. These low-density polyethylene guards are built to wrap wire bundles to make neat looms and protect conductors. They can accommodate a wide range of diameters and allow breakouts on any point.
• Nightglow spiral wraps. Caplugs has developed these wraps from tough high density polyethylene (HDPE) and photo-luminescent. They emit light, which allows users to identify hydraulic lines, equipment, and static objects easily in low light or at night.
• Pig’s Tail spiral wraps. Made out of 100 per cent virgin HDPE, these are easy to install and designed for heavy-duty protection of hydraulic hoses.
• Service plugs. For plugging hoses, rigid pipes, spoon valves, and ports on pumps and motors to stop oils and chemicals from contaminating the environment.
• Wrapman. These are designed to wrap Pig’s Tail spiral wrapping onto hydraulic hoses. They increase wrapping speed and wrap hose assemblies from 1/8 to two inches. Including two mounting lugs and an adjustable screw-in locator.
