Cabinet company offers praise for SAMES KREMLIN’s FPro airspray gun

Furniture manufacturer Chervin recently had great results from SAMES KREMLIN's FPro.

For more than 90 years, SAMES KREMLIN has satisfied manufacturers worldwide with its finishing spray guns. A longtime SAMES KREMLIN client, Chervin employs a team of more than 100 workers who design, create, and install kitchens, bathroom cabinets, and wall units to clients’ precise specifications. Ninety per cent of the company’s work is solid wood processing, for manufacturing custom millwork, cabinets, and hotel furniture.

As Chervin is expanding its operations next year, it requires new airspray technology for better finishing quality and efficiency. So the company contacted SAMES KREMLIN for a better manual airspray gun. Regional manager Mike Baglione suggested the FPro. After demonstrating the device, Baglione left it with Chervin for two weeks to test it out in dye stain spraying applications, evaluating the results of finish quality and efficiency.

It was not long before Chervin began to see great results. The FPro manual airspray gun uses innovative Vortex and Restrictor technologies: the former delivers a perfect atomization with high transfer efficiency, while the latter optimizes the nozzle performance. The FPro helped Chervin workers eliminate mottling and blotching effects on their millwork products and increase productivity, with consistent performance and higher quality control.
