Custom or standard rubber extrusions and o-rings are its specialty — from moulded, custom vulcanized and Teflon encapsulated o-rings to tubing, belting and more. When it comes to fabricating special sized o-rings, Budlar has the capability to “hot splice” any of its profiles into custom-made o-rings and seals. Its complete vulcanizing department can make just about any non-standard size, and in most cases, can produce the items in just 24 to 48 hours. This is possible because the company uses a hot vulcanizing process that creates a strong but flexible joint. 

Budlar stocks large amounts of o-ring cord in most compounds ranging from 30 durometer up to 90 durometer. Most custom o-ring or cord orders can be shipped the same day they are received, regardless of whether it’s a small, cost-effective order or a large volume order.
