The SMH series is a versatile group of brushless servo motors that work well in many applications and industries. As the motor dimensions are significantly reduced, there are considerable benefits in terms of specific torque and dynamic performance. The specific torque in this series is about 30 per cent higher than that of traditional-technology brushless servo motors, while the rotor inertias are very low, so the motors are very compatible with highly dynamic applications.
