The Type 4535-B-001 general-purpose triaxial CCLD accelerometer from Durham Instruments

Durham Instruments supplies the Type 4535-B-001 general-purpose triaxial CCLD accelerometer by Brüel & Kjӕr. This triaxial accelerometer comes with a Transducer Electronic Datasheet (TEDS) and makes testing simpler – by covering most of a modern test lab’s needs in one sensor. Businesses can use this device for structural testing, automotive body and power train measurements, acoustic fatigue testing, and triaxial measurements in confined spaces, along with general-purpose applications.

Wide frequency range, light weight

With its wide frequency range (0.3 to 10,000 hertz) and light weight, this general-purpose triaxial accelerometer is perfect for many testing tasks. Durham Instruments recommends it for use in many industries, including general manufacturing, aerospace, automation, food processing, forestry, the medical field, the military, mining, packaging, power generation, alternative energy, transportation, and research and development.

The small size and versatility of the single-axis power supply makes the Type 4535-B-001 ideal when users need only a single- or bi-axis measurement at a location. The TEDS function and the possibility of mounting with an M3 stud make test setup faster.

This triaxial accelerometer works with Transducer Smart Setup, a mobile app that operates with data matrix codes on transducers to simplify and automate multi-channel test setups. Engraved on the device, the data matrix code gives the user easy access to specifications and calibration information, as well as product documentation like accessories, local sales information, sensitivity calibration history, and a calibration chart.
