The BPS3000 is the perfect solution for a variety of applications that require precision pressure control, flexibility, and extremely long life. Such tasks include machine tools, factory automation, injection-moulding machines, lubrication monitoring, pumps and compressors, and hydraulic and pneumatic applications. This pressure switch is also suitable for extremely wet environments, and even full submersion, due to its IP67-rated housing.

Wainbee offers the BPS3000 with a wide variety of pressure ranges, from zero to three pounds per square inch (psi) up to zero to 9,000 psi. Absolute pressure ranges can go up to 150 psi absolute. Weighing approximately 200 grams, the BPS3000 is constructed of 304 stainless steel and brass wetted parts, with a 304 stainless steel and PBT enclosure and FKM fluoroelastomer seals. It has three easy-response push buttons and a ceramic sensor element, as well as a four-digit, 14-segment LED red digital display with a digit height of nine millimetres and a display rate of 20 per second. Repeatability is plus or minus 0.1 per cent full scale; analog current output ranges from four to 20 mA, with a scanning rate of two milliseconds and voltage output from zero to ten volts (DC).
