ARO grease pumps have high capacities for heavy-duty industrial applications

The largest of these ARO grease pumps, the Model LM2350E-41-B, has a container size of 181.4 litres. This size makes this pump ideal for tough applications, from commercial-vehicle servicing to lubrication of heavy mining equipment.

For motor and gear oils

ARO’s group of LM2350E grease pumps are lubrication piston pumps with a three-inch-diameter air motor and a three-inch stroke. They can handle motor and gear oils, transmission fluids, and both standard and industrial greases. With a 50:1 ratio and a maximum flow of two litres per minute, these pumps can tackle fluid pressure ranging from zero to 7,500 pounds per square inch (psi).

Specifications of the Model LM2350E-41-B pump include the following:

• working flow rate of two kilograms per minute;
• free flow rate of three kilograms per minute;
• fluid outlet of 9.5 millimetres (mm);
• air inlet of six mm; and
• BSP thread of -42.

Like other ARO LM2350E pumps, this version also has these specifications:

• air-inlet pressure range from zero to 150 psi;
• five cycles per litre;
• immersed fluid inlet size; and
• noise level of 85 decibels at 60 psi.

ARO recommends a maximum of 135 cycles per minute for its LM2350E grease pumps.

The manufacturer also produces three smaller models of three-inch-stroke piston pumps with the same ratio and three-inch air-motor diameter, as well as four models of three-inch-stroke pumps with an air-motor diameter of two inches. Grease-pump packages are also available, ranging from 35 to 400 pounds.
