This line consists of 2/2-way normally closed, normally open and double-acting valves with flow direction above and below the seat, including an optimized design to lessen water hammer effect. The 21IZ1 series resists corrosion through its high-quality AISI 316 stainless steel body with steam-rated PTFE seal, which ensures long operation life under challenging work conditions. Different sizes and models are available, ranging from 3/8 to three inches threaded NPT, BSP, welded end, tri-clamp, and flanged connections, offering flow rates up to 350 gallons per minute. Maximum operating pressure goes up to 230 pounds per square inch; fluid temperature runs from minus ten to 180 degrees Celsius, and the ambient temperature ranges from minus ten to 80 degrees Celsius. Other notable features include a 360-degree rotating actuator, optical position indication, and universal mounting.
